We stand behind our product 100%. If it arrives damaged, we will replace it or send you the material to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Processing returns is expensive, and every company that handles returns has to redistribute that cost back to customers in the way of increased prices. We manufacture and sell the best coil springs on the market. The bulk of our business is selling to premium mattress brands. 

By buying directly from us, you're getting factory pricing on a premium product. In order for us to sell directly to you without disrupting our core business, we have to hold to our "no returns" policy.
